However the KEY is to ensure the magic formula is able to penetrate into your skin. So please follow these tips to get maximum results!
• OPEN YOUR PORES: Take a hot shower, wipe the area with a hot cloth or cleanse with the Cleanser Gel.
• DO NOT use soaps containing oils or lotions that clog the pores before applying an applicator.
• DO NOT EXERCISE while wearing an applicator – you will sweat the solution out instead of getting it INTO your skin!
• DRINK LOTS OF WATER for 72 hours after applying the Applicator. Results are progressive so you need to create a river for the toxins to flush out of the body over the next 3 days. A good rule is 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water & of course a daily dose of Greens will help the detoxifying effect as well.
• For best results, use DEFINING GEL™ twice a day in between your Applicator uses.
How to Apply the Wrap:
• Unfold and apply the Applicator – lotion side to the body. Smooth out the air bubbles.
• Secure with plastic wrap, ace bandage or spandex clothing; it does not have to be tight.
• Leave on a minimum of 45 minutes. It may be worn longer for better results, or overnight.
• Remove the Applicator, massage the remaining lotion into the skin and re-measure by lining up the tape measure to the marks made. Note your inch loss and celebrate!

If there is still a lot of product on the Applicator your pores could be clogged so seal the Applicator up tight in plastic wrap & bag – then try again 3 days later. If the Applicator is dry, then you are absorbing the lotion it is just slowly working its way down through the pores of the skin. So keep drinking LOTS of water and continue to measure.
3. YOU WILL GAIN INCHES! Don’t be alarmed! This is actually a good thing. You absorbed so quickly that you started releasing toxins faster than your body could handle and caused what we call a “toxic bloat”. Drink the recommended amount of water to help the body flush out the toxins. Once the bloat has gone done – measure again. It has been our experience that those who bloat tend to see a greater inch loss!
Measuring Tips:
• Measure the targeted area in 3 places. For example: In the abdomen area, first measure at the belly button, then approximately 2 inches above and 2 inches below. Use a permanent marker to mark the placements of the measuring tape for accuracy. Mark outside the targeted area, toward the back, to avoid having the Applicator smear the marker.
• Continue taking your measurements for the next 3 days. Your results are progressive.
